Interesting article in the Financial Times Adviser about the tactics estate agents are using to push potential buyers to their in house brokers.
As an adviser I see this all too often, not just with “forcing” the client to see their in house broker ,but also in switching solicitors, surveyors etc… in one situation I had a client pretty much break down as they were told they can’t get a mortgage – full stop (obviously we got them one) – just raising awareness.
