• Recommendations about appropriate products that should be considered alongside the mortgage.
• A guarantee that no fee will be charged until and unless the client is entirely happy with the recommendation we give.
• The option to pay a fee or elect for us to be paid via commission
• A guarantee that clients will always deal with the same adviser, who will take personal responsibility for all their mortgage arrangements.
• That clients will be kept up-to-date with progress on at least a weekly basis via telephone or email
