Initial Chats

We will have a chat through our proposition, your experience and your expectations – to see if we are a good fit for each other. There are plenty of questions answered here on our website, but i’m sure you will have more!!

If we both feel there is something to explore, we will get started with the application form

The Application Process

We obviously follow the usual due-dilligence, so you can expect the normal documentary evidence you will be used to. We will also need to dig deeper into how you plan to gain your clients via a business plan – So we can make sure we are all set up for you to succeed

Don’t worry – we wont apply for references until we are both sure you are ready to go!

Initial Training and Guidance

Once we are at the point of referencing, we will start to introduce you to the team, and the systems we use – and get started with the initial training. You will be assigned a mentor to work through your route to gaining CAS with our firm, and we will make sure you are ready to go!

It’s time to get started. But our help and support doesn’t stop there. Our team consists of subject specialists – so if you find your self wanting to expand your knowledge (and your business) there are plenty here to help

The stuff you want to know!

The split depends on many factors. Your experience, the quality of your cases and the amount of income you generate. We start at a 60/40 split and work up to 85/15 in favour of the adviser.

Depending on your qualifications, we are able to access the whole of market for residential, buy to let and commercial mortgages, Life Insurance, General Insurance and Private Health Care. We also are able to write business protection and have referral routes for conveyancing, surveys and will writing.

We take care of compliance, back office tools, sourcing and support tools such as criteria searching, mobile app and more. We only charge for the tools you use, so depending on what you need but at the moment if you need all the tools its around £100 per month

Absolutely not – We have a wide range of protection providers on our panel and none of them load premiums.

We provide access to Assureweb, Solution Builder and UnderwriteMe to search the market too.

We pay weekly on business banked the previous week.

For mortgage income, you will get access to three mortgage clubs, with a range of payment on exchange or day of completion to get your income sooner.

Our insurance agency allows either indemnified or non-indemnified commission to help you plan for clawbacks if you wish

We have our own bespoke back office system that looks after case compliance, plus a suite of tools to help you source, write and manage cases for your clients.
