Before we can start researching your case in earnest, we are required to obtain your information, requirements and attitude to risk in a formal manner.
We do this by completing a Fact-Find form in which you provide all the information we require to act on your behalf, so we may research your requirements fully from the whole of the mortgage marketplace.
The information you provide will be used as the basis of the advice and the recommendation(s) we will make to you. Therefore the form is very comprehensive. If we do not obtain full information, there is a danger that the advice and recommendation we give you may be wrong and/or different, were we to have to full, correct, information.
If you feel that there is something we should know, that is not covered in the form, please let us know.
If you feel there may be a problem with your credit history, it is wise to obtain a copy of your credit report, before we start the process for you. This is easily available online, for a nominal cost, quickly. You can obtain a free copy of your credit report here.
We can complete the Fact-Find form together, over the phone, or you can complete it yourself and email to us.
