I have been employed in the financial services industry for 32 years, with a position in a local building society, a top Independent Financial Advisors, and a mortgage broker.  I have 19 years’ experience in mortgage advice.

I use a mortgage sourcing system, to search the marketplace to find you the best deal available to suit your needs

I am independent so therefore I am not tied to any particular lender, so a product  will be chosen solely on the basis of what’s best for you and will not be commission based.

At each stage of the mortgage process, I will deal with all the paperwork. I will complete the decision in principle and fully complete applications for you.

Throughout the mortgage process I will liaise with the lenders through to offer stage.

I have a quotation system for insurance, which will search the whole of the market for mortgage protection and critical illness cover, which will find me the best product for you depending on your circumstances.  I can get quotes within seconds, which will compare providers premiums.  With my expertise and experience we can use companies which will cover certain illnesses which you have specifically asked for.

I use a standard application form, which I can complete for you.  This can be processed in a matter of days if there are no medical reports required. I will keep you informed throughout this process.

For buildings and contents cover, I use a quotation system. I can normally complete the application myself on-line as most information has been gathered for the mortgage

My services are wide ranging from first- and second-time buyers to re mortgaging, releasing capital, mortgages for buy to let, let to buy and second homes.

My aim is to provide a top-quality service, which is second to none, and to build a long-term relationship with you.

For my services I do not charge for an initial consultation, but I will charge a broker fee to you on completion of the mortgage.  If the mortgage does not proceed there will be no fee.
